Job Description For Zycus Off Campus Drive :
- Serve as Product Technical Analyst on Zycus Procurement Applications (Source to Pay)
- Work on all components of Zycus Support Desk and be the first factor of Contact for Customers having queries/ troubles associated to Zycus merchandise & be reachable on email/ chat/ name mediums for the Customer concerns
- Work with the Technical Account Management Team to make sure deliverables are on-time, expand effectivity and unravel problems for clients by way of coordinating with more than one Teams from Zycus & Customer aspect to obtain Customer Satisfaction
- Participate and make contributions to satisfactory practices (tools/process), know-how sharing & locate approaches to automate and ideate new matters to decorate Customer experience, minimize guide efforts and advise new processes
- Work with clients and interior stakeholders whilst collaborating and facilitating trying out inclusive of User Acceptance Testing
- Evaluate and advise progressive options and workarounds for purchaser requirements
- Work successfully on, Zycus merchandise configuration, Incident Management Tools, MS-Excel, etc.
- Provide robust technical perception of Zycus product with the potential to talk about and reveal the Zycus Solution and how it can also be configured to meet a customer’s enterprise needs.
Skills Required For Zycus Off Campus Drive :
- Education: MBA/Engineering Graduate (B.E./B.Tech) in Chemical/Mechanical/Electronics/IT/Computer Science
- Experience Level: 0-1 years
- Strong written and verbal conversation skills.
- Willingness to work in 24 X 7 shifts
- Flexible, enthusiastic method to work along with a sturdy wish to study new equipment & methods to clear up enterprise problems.
