Job Description For Atlan Off Campus Drive :
- Identify root reasons for technical/functional troubles that have an effect on Atlan customers.
- Identify software program bugs and build, check and install fixes retaining performance, regression & part instances in mind.
- Document difficulty resolutions through growing reusable artifacts like Run-books / Knowledge Base articles
- Act as a bridge between our front-line aid group and the Engineering team. Provide remarks to Engineering on Issue Patterns/Design changes/Features
Skills Required For Atlan Off Campus Drive :
- Hands-on trip in working with Programming code in a range of languages (Python/Java/Golang/Kotlin etc.).
- Ability to examine heaps of traces of code and reverse engineering the code drift and functionality.
- Strong Computing & Software fundamentals – Operating System (Linux), Network, Storage (File Systems), Programming/Scripting, REST
- Effective conversation – Be capable to concisely outline hassle statements and draft solutions.
