Job Description For Accenture Off Campus Drive :
- In this function you are required to clear up events problems, mostly via telephone call
- Manages incoming or outgoing smartphone calls, eReviews, and/or faxes, such as triage, opening of instances and facts entry into purchaser system. recedent and referral to customary guidelines
