Job Description For Vistara Off Campus Drive :
- Play critical and Pivot function in keeping the OTP for Vistara by way of making sure a a hundred p.c uptime for all applicable IT structures at the International Airport(s)
- Meet/Liaison with a number of providers like Airport operator, commercial enterprise surroundings to talk about and make clear for any projects, spotlight day to day troubles / developments of commercial enterprise and propose options /make suggestions to tackle troubles and prioritize the work accordingly
- Co-ordination with onsite groups and far flung groups for all prompts required for new station Setup from planning section until delivery
- Liaising with more than a few businesses like SITA, AMADEUS, International Airport Operators and screen the day by day incident administration structures for mission quintessential functions like CUTE/IMUSE/BRS /APP/APIS etc.
- Monitoring and Coordinating with Local Vendors like at Airports
- Co-ordinate with Core IT infra group at HO for Desktop administration help – Covering hardware associated problems, OS, workplace automation software, set up and re-installation of software, Desktop OS and Patch Management. This consists of community administration as well
- Identify & take part in non-stop enchancment initiatives at the International Airport
- Willing to journey and working in shifts/odd hours (if required)
Skills Required For Vistara Off Campus Drive :
- Project Management/Project Delivery
- Incident/Change administration repor
- Process enhancement and development
- Well versed and understanding of a DCS/PSS, Preferably Amadeus
- Well Versed with CUTE / IMUSE environment
- Working Knowledge of peripheral like ATB /BTP/OCR/BGR etc
- Self – Check – in KIOSK / SBD, Mobile checking agent
- Hands on trip in enforcing APIS/APP/PNRGOV throughout International stations
- Well Versed with Airline Process like BHS / BRS, Fight Operations manage structures /Fight Planning system
- Good time administration Skills & capability to work beneath pressure
- Versed with SITA applied sciences like TYPE B messaging, ACARS and System like Graflite
