Job Description For PWC Recruitment 2023 :
- Carry out extensive sedulity/ company disquisition and target data demanded for identification and assessment of possible
- Investment banking authorizations Valuation analysis analogous companies, precedent deals, DCF. – Preparation of trade and business development paraphernalia,
- Including Investment Memorandums, Management donations and Pitch Books. – Creating financial models for combinations & accessions and capital caregiving deals.
- Help in the overall deal collaboration with the team in engagement shadowing, reporting, trouble operation and housekeeping( maintaining streamlined client agreements, NDAs, OPEs, etc.)
