- Partner closely with Finance and US Consumer to align on the Cardmember value (CMV) framework to ensure consistency across BU (US Consumer Services)
- Understand the cardmember value framework for internal acquisitions and independently drive enhancements and optimizations on the same
- Exceptional execution skills – be able to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and define success metrics and make things happen.
- Research issues and analyze issues.
